I have nothing against trade with those outside of the US, but when we NEED their products and services.. don't import tomato's from Canada unless we cannot produce enough on our own.. by importing when there is no need lowers the prices I can get for my tomato's at the marketplace.. protectionism is self preservation..

if the marketplace was restricted to the US the market will/would control prices, not doctors, lawyers and politicians.. if we need more tomato's we order from some where else and pay their prices like it was for 223yrs.. I have competed with 280 to 300 million people for jobs all my life and have done ok.. they are now makin' me compete w/ 6.5 billion and that my friend is TREASON!!!!
I don't believe in the right to tell another whom they may and may not hire - especially when it's inflationary and protectionist. If it's fine to buy a Japanese car or Chinese goods made there, why can't I hire a Mexican nanny or whatever if I want to? (Clearly that requires them to be here). They want to work for me and I want them to - I don't want to criminalize that and have to hire a less skilled American. The poor deserve a chance to work which is all they're asking for.

Employers have broken the law and hired these illegals and nothing has been done.. In New Hampshire I was refused a job because I didn't speak fluent Spanish.. When will we start policing companies..? fines?

Name a single role model, that follows every regulation & tax that is hiring citizens. Maybe if those regulations you write of didn't exist with your skill, I could employ you at far greater benefit to me then an illegal.
