@drumdude46 Uh buddy Dan McCafferty was long before Brian Johnson so Brian Johnson Sounds like Dan McCafferty. And by the way it is a known fact that Brian Johnson has admitted influence from Dan McCafferty. And another tidbit Dan was also offered the position as vocalist of acdc after bon scott died. And one more thing Dan was before bon scott and also influenced bon scott that too is a well known fact.

@shelbyfin Dan was first and without him neither of them would have sounded the way they do. Dan is the godfather of heavy metal vocals him along with Mike Harris, John Lawton, Ian Gillian, David Byron, Burke Shelley, and Rob Halford. But Dan is the most powerful of all of them.

@globug2000 That is fucking stupid it is the fucking other way around Dan McCafferty has been singing since the early sixties and both Brian Johnson and bon scott were influenced by him. Nazareth released their first album in 1971, 4 years before acdc released their first LP. So get your mother fucking facts straight for fuck fuck sake. Dan is the god father of this type of vocal and many others as he is far more versatile than bon or brian and pretty well any other rock vocalist out there.

@LABorden Nazareth was releasing albums before Acdc even formed in fact 2 years before. And they released their first album 4 years before acdc's first. The original band The Shadettes that was later renamed Nazareth in 1968 was actually formed in 1961. Nazareth was long before Acdc 12 years if you wanna get technical.

@Stamborineman Nazareth was formed as the Shadettes in 1961 so yes Brian stole it. Although Dan is far more versatile. Dan is likely the most versatile vocalist of all time. And vocal range and versatility are two different things by the way.
