I was Elphaba for Halloween last month, and I had a ton of fun getting "greenified." And I told my mom, "Get it straight--I'm not JUST a witch; I'm Elphaba." My best friend (who I've known since I was six months old) and I dressed up as Dorothy and the Wicked Witch of the West. I only had baby powder to set the paint, but it worked as well as anything else. And while we sat on the porch that night, we had a bucket of water sitting between us, and at the end of the night, she melted me. LOL.

Is it just me or is her make up brighter than other Elphies? Especially at 00:38 00:56 and 1:42? When I compare her to other Elphies it seems like her tone is more green and theirs has a bit of a more whitish softer shade.

yeah thats what i thought at first but then i found out that they apply loads of green on first then blend it in with this white powder to stop it from rubbing off.

i Just saw it in Pittsburgh tonight. I sat in the second row back from the stage and it was AMAZING.

They made two mistakes/bloopers and it was hilarious.

Personally, i think it was better than when i saw it on Broadway.

We saw wicked in pittsburgh and we had the understudy Donna. She was amazing her voice was even better than Carmen. I guess Carmen has taken alot of time off in Pittsbugh. She is not the be all kill all Elphaba.
