I thought it was an great example of unimportant stones and where urgent moves should be played instead of saving or attacking said stones. Thank you for the video and I can't wait for the next :)
definitely appreciate your efforts sir! on a note of constructive criticism, you're clips seem to presuppose at least an intermediate level of knowledge and experience, which make it very difficult for a beginner to follow or understand the main point.
for instance in this clip you make the point of capturing a single stone is useless if it's not a part of an overall strategy. from a beginners point of view it was hard to follow the rest of the examples which i assume was the main point
@fallingleaveskungfu Ah, sorry, this video was for more higher level players. I do have some videos dedicated to lower level players. I've kind of been working my way up, though since you pointed it out, I might try to work my way back some again. Though my next video I believe is going to be aimed at higher levels again, I'll see about separating the videos into playlist for certain levels.
@hitmankiddo Ah, I briefly explained those terms in a random video. Sente means forcing and requires your opponent to respond. Gote means it doesn't require your opponent to respond. Saying you want to end in sente, means you want a variation to end with you having the first move on the rest of the board.
@hitmankiddo That's a weird question. Do you mean how to tell if something is sente or not? because sometimes Big gote moves and bigger then sente, and sometimes getting sente will get the big moves first.
I like this ! Helped me out on my last match!!!
