I think Alissa White and Angela Gossow would make an amazing duo. Angela has the greatest female growl and Alissa has an excellent singing/screaming voice so couple them with the Amott bros' shrieking guitars, Simon McKay's awesome drum style and maybe Chris Kells' bass and you've got an outstanding, albeit mixed, lineup and in the end, a great song.

I do suggest doing what DarkestDivide said, but at the same time remember that its all about feel. Experiment with different styles and sounds until you find one that feels right and sounds like what you want, then go from there. Also, I can't say this enough, stay hydrated. A dry throat is the quickest way to fuck yourself up.
