@johnnynin Huge thanks for that link! Waited a long time to see that demo since hearing about it at the time... such a shame the project was never finished!! I spent years trying to get a Blake game off the ground, but never got that far.... Cheers!

This type of CGI is great, it could have been used by the BBC to re-do the space sequences for a DVD release, the same way Paramount did with the Star Trek Original Series recently
This would actually be a good idea to continue the original series - in a video game :) Beginning at the end of the final episode, and the player taking control of Avon, blasting his way to freedom (and going back to rescue Vila) :)
man! what i would love to see is the liberator dog fighting against three federation persuit ships, it was almost always three to one odds in the show!
@flerb I was the designer and engineer. There were two separate demos released if I remember correctly. One was a walk-through with Vila on how to play the game and the other was a very rough playable demo of what space navigation, combat, Liberator interior and planet exploration would be like. You might be able to find a demo online still - just search for B7 Liberation (Not to be confused with the book that came out at roughly the same time).
Considering I loved the showed as a kid and still do but the ship always did and still does look like 4 wireless microphones stuck together But I still love the look..
wow, V good, I've looked at a few liberator CGI's and this is by far the best.

very well done, a blakes 7 game would have been great. A pity that the opportunity was passed up

I have included a download link for the game as part of the video notes. This is a very rough version that was never intended for release.

What a great homage to the show, a pity the game was never produced.

You need to get it more like the modern day Battlestar Galactica fights.

@marky2112 What good would that have done? He would have only had the resources of the era, & he said he did not make this!

Wow that was great!
Are you going to do re-make any of the effects scenes from the series with this, that would be greatg to see?

I did not make this video - it was created by another member of the project named Kerry Bates.
