We have the Same Problems.... "Ditto"... Ditto, Ditto.
We live in the Sacramento, CA area.
(The problem is NOT the iPhone, it's AT&T.) - The only way we are going to get this matter straighten out is to CALL AT&T and continually complain. Hold their "Feet to the Fire". We pay for proper service... they need to hold their end of the deal, or reduce your bill.
