  • No I am English :D. I think I get some ideas from it though.

  • 1. my english is not so good. 2. the practice is 4 organes inside our body.

    3. detail: I. stand away from wall 30cm. II. open mouth.

    III. no neck no waist only upper back hit wall IV. when hit. let air out through mouth. V. lower hip. bent from waist. stand up. VI. supose repeat. but I have no idea too.
