  • Set up your legs flat on the ground and push back with your quads. Keep your back straight and dig into the bench with your traps. A stabler base allows you to have a stronger bench.

  • great i'm only 14 years old and can get 505.3 lbs for 12.93 reps.

  • That was the ugliest bench I have ever seen...beside the fact that you bounced it off your chest you were using you legs which helps you lift that weight...i give it an F

  • This was at the end of my pyramid workout. You're right, it's not pretty. However, I have control of that weight... I must have, otherwise I wouldn't have been bale to press it up...
