I hear you about the palettes--I'm still trying to come up with a creative way to figure which palettes are which, esp. when I'm under a time constraint and need to work fast but have to shuffle through all of them...sigh.

I completely agree about needing more spray/pump items. I don't understand why they don't think of that or at least give the option to buy one? Thanks for mentioning me! :) I keep mine upside down too but unfortunately since we are still in Winter I've had no luck, although I did remove the stopper and that has helped a TON :)
