I really enjoy your videos youve answered one of my problems that I kept on having each night. the part of saying and letting your body "just" accept that your going to sleep. And also found myself hearing relating to the "dog barking in your room scenario" imagination is wonderful but powerful tool. ( im an artist) but I do have one question for you. great videos i really want to learn how to do this because i have some really realistic dreams to places i have never been before

for example this dream

i was interested in japan at the time alot. next thing i know is im in a car with my family and there is a big city in the middle of this plain but the sky is just cloudy or plaine white.

we stop at this store and there is lots of stuff such as toys food etc. and the cashier was a fat chinese looking guy with a hat
