People have a misconstrued view of what "Auto-tune" is, "Auto-tune" is the T-pain sounding effect. What they did in this video is simply take his vocal track out of the mix, and pitch correct it most likely using protools. It was obviously done in post production of the DVD. To have to use it on a live DVD is just lame. I'm glad I stopped listening to this type of music. Industry standard though? Yes.
