I had the pleasure of meeting her when she lived in Carmel, Ca years ago, and she did a free concert at the Monterey Fairgrounds where we all sang Amazing Grace with her and she recorded it live for her album, my voice is there in that album from those years back in the activist days...thank goodness for Joan Baez who to this day is forever fighting for what is right with the most beautiful voice in the world.
