Well, what I did was make the overlay blank media and trimmed it how I wanted and added in the effect 'pop-up bottom right' which was under cookie cutters and applied it to the blank media things and made the circles the smallest they could get at the start at at the end made them the biggest they could get....did that make any sense? If I didn't I'll try to explain it better.
