It's the 13" I'm pretty sure i think the 15" you can't take the battery out without taken all the screws out...Not sure tho

@0k29 Its the 15 inch, because:

The earlier model 15 (late 2008) you could take out the battery/hdd door

There are speaker grills on the side of the keyboard

It comes with a stock 320gb HDD and 4GB ram, no 13 came with that at the time

It has both audio in and out ports, and express card slot

The camera is on a tripod that he is standing behind.

You can tell by the reflection on the screen and how the camera doesn't shake.

But that would be pretty awesome if he taped it to his hat.

I just bought this same unibody MacBook Pro 2.53GHz and still have it in the original protective film. Am going to install the full body Invisible Shield on it before using -- no scratches or fingerprints, ever! ; )P
