Those aren't bad at all. I especially like them for their portability and you don't have to fab or purchase a special bumper in which to house them.

@martind006 while i like my 12000 lb recovery winch i am looking to build one of these with a 8000 lb that i would connect with 2 gauge jumpers. it would be far more versatile allowing me to use it anywhere and with anything that has a hitch.
