His name is Chatwell Dutiro.  sekuru (the traiditional name given to many mbira players with the blessings of the spirits upon them) here is playing a traditional instrument of the shona people of Zimbabwe. It is called a "mbira". in this song he is sending out a cry saying that "there is conlfict in our country...we warned you brother of this...." beautiful song
