I know this composer because The Chamber Strings of Melbourne played his "Capriccio for Piano & Strings" in a concert in the Ateneo de Madrid (Spain) the last Sunday.

It's also very similar to the final movement of Finzi's Dies Natalis. Not that I care, this piece is genius.
