@MsKailoluPauahi its all about the isolations really. just practice holding the glowstick and rotating it 360 degrees smoothly. i learned the helicopter first, and i recommend learning it from a different tutorial because he goes too fast. (it took me a few days to get it down good). after that all the other ones shouldn't be hard to get down. just notice where his hands are going and which direction he is rotating the glowstick. all the rest took me a day (about 8 hours) to get down.

Close lights...yes. Maybe close circuits but for the most part we tend to tend to turn off lights not close them. Oh and he didn't so you can see his hands since this is a tutorial and not a lightshow I'm assuming.

hmmmm im assuming that free handing is easier because it doesnt have anything to do with strings, i guess its kind of like yo yo and string raving gives you more bruises than raving with hands. when i first started, i gave two freaken bruises on my freaken forehead. lol it sucked.

no its actually a bit harder. strings can absorb your mistakes while sticks dont, it forces you to have smoother movements that you have to with strings. and it requires a lot more finger coordination

no freehand is harder cuz u gotta listen to the beat cnt and make ur body rspnd.i prctice 2+ hrs a day and ive been a raver for 5+ yrs and my isos still arent that smooth.the strings will still keep the beat w/o music- freehand makes you improvise and develop your own creative style but both r an amazing art form and some people can combine both it sucks i taught myself moves years ago and just now figured out the tutorials for all of it was on here mwahhhh lol happy raving n rollin everyone!

yeah tutorials for these moves would be kinda hard, i have enough trouble trying to teach ppl in person haha. but the trick is the way you hold it. use your thumb and your index/middle finger only - kinda like you would for a pencil.

and the lights are just the strobe fx lights you can get at any rave.
