Diana, this seems very yummy!! I would like to suggest another food too. Have you ever tried spinach-rice (in greek it's called spanakorizo) food? This is very healthy! I don't know if u like spinach (i don't like it so much) though this food is really nice!
Oh hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my friend lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
unfortinitly my parents are out to dinner folks and since im forteen im not allowed to always stay home, so say if we were going to chilis or tgi fridays or where ever doesnt matter. What should you look for to eat on the menu? Cause you dont know what they put in the food so im asking what are some of the best options you would choose going out? thanks
@blondchick4 Bummer, but this is a great way to learn what to eat when eating out. Look for the actual ingredients in the descriptions of the choices. Ask for dressings on the side, Ask for veggies instead of fries, and grilled rather than fried foods, and go for fish and chicken over beef. Avoid sodas and ask for water with lemon in it, and don;t eat the bread they bring out, Start with that and see how it goes. It isgreat you are being aware of all this. Let me know how it goes,.
@roundlady it was a 7 day healthy eating i think - she had a series of videos of what she ate for the day.. .and show us ur potatoes ( when u brush them with oil and baked or broil them sliced thin)... then she i think boiled an egg.. and put ketchup on it ..haha maybe she made it up
