When I was a llittle kid, the next door neighbors had a Beagle. I was a little kid so I'm not sure how it was done but so many people complained about the barking and howling that the Neighborhood Association forced the people to get rid of the dog.
We humans got a nerve to complain, we make more noise than animals do just by having a conversation. We hatin' cause we jealous of the cool sounds they can make.
Sounds like my house !!!! My parrot loves to get them all riled up... she'll tease them non-stop with "where's the rabbit?, get 'em over there!!!" "weeeeeeeeee" and she'll shreak to get them all baying.... You gotta love some beagles.
My dog heard this and looked at me and by her body language she said "yeah whatever, I'm outta here" and walked out of the room

Aw that's wonderful, I would howl with my Pastor's dog(a yellow Lab, Husky or German Shepherd mix) and he seems to enjoy that and be more bonded.
