  • @M1kke1sen Actually, the purpose for the arc is to concentrate the weight on your pectoral muscles. It makes more of a difference than you think.

  • @M1kke1sen Not at all. The weight distribution is on your Chest, Triceps, and Shoulders. Pretty much just your upper body. I have yet to feel anything in my back.

  • @muzimuzi Yeah, some people look down on it. But in my 7 years of experience, I've come to realize that its safer to do it that way when benching very heavy weight.

  • @117asm i actually meant it reminsd me of a human boardpress u know hehe? i'd ask my spotter to do it aswell when i go heavy cuz it looks like it can help u get into the heavier weights
