I'd like to see an American EastEnders set in New York. Possibly a spin off involving Sharon and Michelle, with Vicki, little Mark and baby Dennis.

Maybe Ian, Phil, Grant etc can make appearances.

They could called the show 'The American EastEnders.'

I would'nt say that, yes eastenders is so london, but it has  gone to spain before and italy, ireland, to do special episodes. I would have loved to have seen a special episode with Den Watts going to New York, or Phil and Grant, or summit, with they're usual gnagster storylines

@Spyrobandi actually, a NY-based EastEnders show would have to be set in Queens to be true to the spirit of the original; the Google Map would be 180 degrees to what it is in your video (East at top, not west, as shown). Queens is the supposedly most diverse community in the US ethnically and economically and is where you drive through from the airport to Manhattan. It has so far escaped the gentrification that Brooklyn is going through and is still full of real people, not poseurs.
