  • Weird, they never play this one on the radio.

  • Great freak'n song!

  • I love this song like the way stevie loved Lynsey ...

  • This song is tremendous but didn't make the cut for "Rumours" when originally released. She was not happy about it and I can't blame her because this is a great song. Buckingham/Nicks/McVie all got their quota of songs on that classic LP and of course, "The Chain" was contributed by the entire band and that's my fav!!

  • @EnlightenedRogue As great as this song is - "Gold Dust Woman" is better. And she has another dozen at least this good! And that is hard to believe.

  • I truly believe these are the most brilliant lyrics ever written to music...just love it!!!

  • @SugarBear0199 You are not alone tutz

  • Beautiful song. Why on earth was this a b-side. Should have been on the album as an added cos you couldn't take anything off it could you. 35 years young tomorrow. Brilliant. Will we all be playing Lady Gaga in 35 years? I think not!

  • FLAWLESS!!!! So Much Emotion PACKED in 1 SONG!!!!! WHO Does THAT????? LOL!

  • @cskirwan3 HOW about when they do it live, she sings it to linsey's face, like she is telling him, i guess i read they wrote songs to each other? but live it's great aint it

  • great song

  • I'm just a morrocan boy who's deeply in love with "Fleetwood Mac" :') .... Good music never dies !! peace dear human brothers

    :)

  • I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH. OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH. so real it makes me feel sick.

  • RIP Barbara Nicks! This was your song from Stevie and what a beautiful one it is!

  • So sad it makes my chest and stomach tight: "I know I could have loved you but you would not let me."

  • @CuckooNuts

Story of my life so far. I am only 15 and only found this song 2 days ago and it is basically my favourite song. I have been a big fleetwood mac fan though.

  • This is by far my favorite song OMG :)

  • I want to be in a place where the beer flows like wine

  • I want be in a place where the beer flows like wine

  • i think this is the original song B side single that didnt make the rumors album but ws on juke boxes in 1977-78

  • "You will never get away from the sound of the woman who loves you." Ain't that the fucking truth.

  • @SMMHonda1 AAAAAAMEN TO THAT BRO

  • Just got the rumours album on CD and this song is not on it. AARRRGGGG!!! I wish it was. such a great song.

  • @Revcrow It wasn't on the Rumours album, back in 1976 either. The only way u heard the song was on a juke box or if a DJ went away from the programming list, to play it, on the radio. The only way to buy it was on a 45 record (single w 2 sides). By 1976, 45s were rare. Most record stores only stocked albums and tapes. "Silver Springs" was the B side on the back of the A side single, "Go Your Own Way."

  • This is my fav Fleetwood Mac song so much passion in it.

  • 2:15

  • smoked alot of weed listening to this after breaking up with women and vice-versa. its weird, I miss those days.

  • Sad happy...

  • most appreciated! Thank you very much

  • where would you get the lyrics to this song. I've been trying like forever but can't seem to find it!

  • @mali052 The lyrics are in the video description.

  • i love this song and "sleeping angel" too.

HECK, in fact, i love all of "fleetwood mac" songs from back in the day.

too bad today's music is nothing like these songs here!!!

i sure do miss these "good ol' days"!!!! :o(

  • Believe it or not I didn't hear this song till 1997..I actually thought it was a new song...maybe they remade it?? I loved it i had to go buy the CD & Loved Stevie Nicks & Fleetwood mac all over again <3<3

  • @dcaroleo7111064 It just missed out on the original Rumours pressing due to time constraints. It was then included when the album was remastered as a CD. I agree, fantastic song, although I do prefer the live version.

  • Awesome song, this is Stevie's reply to Lindsey's "Go Your Own way." Gorgeous song, just gorgeous!!! Classic :) Hard to believe this song was a B side on a 45 :(
