One of the things I struggle with is sin, when I sin, I always feel as if I need to hide from God. I feel as if I'm not good enough and need to be punished before I can approach Him again. Wonder how many others struggle with this? They say when you fall off of a horse you have to immediately get back on. I think that philsophy also applies to Christianity. When you sin, that's when you need God the most. We should always look to God as a child looks to it's parents. Love Him no matter what.
Watchman Nee is great - but I feel he is easily misunderstood. Taking his quotes individually (not always in context of the chapter of his book, anyway!) I think may be risky. For example - what about the great commission at the end of Luke "Go into all the nations and make disciples"? So what i believe Nee is saying really is 'Christians must do something, but it must not be them (they must in fact die to themselves) but Christ working through them'. Nee is brilliant but easily misunderstood!
