  • @cetsujith start on your knees

  • the last exercise just like jackie chan traning on his filmm witch is Drunken MAster

  • i think he pulls some of training techniques from kung fu flicks

  • u dun ...... yh ...good now gt out of my yard :D

  • I do those push ups, but now i've gotten to the point where I clap in between

  • @Gatillquet I clap twice. I'm better than you are.

  • I did these wrist push ups but my friends said it was terrible for me.

    I'm not sure tho

you definitely feel it when you do this!!

(start on your knees when you first learn these push ups)

  • Start on your knees?

What do you mean by that

It really is not longer a push up if you have your knees up right

Cause then part of the weight in on your knees..

  • @sukarestu

    thats the point

before you just jump in to it you can start from your knees until your comfortable with it. (just like finer tip push ups)

just a safety precaution you can do it how ever you want.

  • I wouldnt try the wrist thing you can break it

  • even can you ask master wong how to make your neck musles stronger please.

  • hit master wong with the bit of wood when he is not expecting it ! just like kato out of pink panther lol

  • I'll have to try those where he flips his hand back and forth from palm to the back of the hand. We do those as a push up though, palm facing up with fingers pointing inward as well as outward...and also the finger push ups that seem to strengthen the fore arms.

  • Thanks Master Wong I tried the tire exercise that you do and it seem to be very good for making strong joints.

  • i am making a strong joint too, but i didn't need Master Wong for this one. :D

  • try this evan go up to master wong and ask him to look up to the trees then grab him from the back with both arms and hold him.I would like to see what his move will be.Cheers.

  • are you asking him to clinch master wong? supposing he does, master wong would probably just 1-inch punch him.

  • great video, amazing excercises you can feel them working lol

  • haha master wong is funny, great humor, ...fast, concise and the the point :)

  • Very helpful, *Bow*

  • It's the Siu-Lim Tao!

    Master Wong is the man!

  • "OK, got everything you need? Get out of my place then" haha

  • evan finally ask something usefull

  • MASTER WONG: The Best In The Business!!!

  • ask him how he would handle a ju jitsu fighter going for a double leg, or once on the ground???

  • Knee to the face?...hehe He's got some lessons that show double leg take down defence and what to do if you are taken down. Look on his channel page

  • that would work, but the reality is that timing that strike is difficult. THe one going for the take down knows of this risk and takes measures to prevent it. I'll look for those other vids though.

  • sifu thanks

  • Evan can you do any grappling as my question is what if you rush master wong trapping his neck in your arm ?

  • This is very good

  • Great explaination demonostration. Very clear and to the point. Thank you Master Wong! thank you Evan! 5 stars. take care!

  • this video was precise, clear, and to the point. Thanks Evan and Master Wong!

  • those wrist push ups are hARD

  • ok now get out of my place

    xD lmfao!

  • Yeah, like he said, those wrist pushups are something you should work up to, build up some strength first. Knuckle-ups in different variations(vertical fist, horizontal fist and later supine, with palms facing your face) are good basic ways for training your wrist to withstand pressure.

  • Dear ask Evan

Can you ask master wont to tell us his story of how he became involved in martial arts. Many thanks.

  • Evan try and shoot takedown Master Wong.

    Thanks

  • Seriously I second that notion...

  • Cool, I've been wondering what are the variations for wrist training exercies. :) Thanx Evan and Master Wong.

  • 1st comment:)
