Havent heard of this way to tough up your shins. I do kyokushin karate and my shins are always messed up after training. I'll try your excercise, wonder how it will work out. by the way, why does Steve have always have to wear those tiny pants? ;) greets from germany

huh thats interesting might try that out I usually toughen my shins up like a moron against metal poles and with a rolling pin.

also try kicking a heavy back with your shins, and or thai pads. it hurts, but it works.

thanks for the hint, I do kick heavy bags during at my dojo. so I am looking also for a trainingmethod suitable for home...
