You already have a baseball team who's mascot could easily be called a "Pot Head" instead of a Tin Cap. Why not add Harry Baals to your resume?
Also from Fort Wayne, I would like to point out that the old fort that the city grew around still exists, and that the city was names after General "Mad" Anthony Wayne. Sounds a lot cooler then.

I'm really glad I moved here because now I have so many more oppurtunities than I did in the Fort, I live in a suburb, but I often go to Seattle to Pike Place or the Waterfront. We also have the University of Washington which is ranked one of the top colleges in the national and also the world. Its a great place to make a new start and it also offers a lot more than what a small(ish) town like Fort Wayne can offer...I highly recommend Seattle

@CoincidenceorFate522 Seattle is a great place. I'm really glad I moved here because now I have so many more oppurtunities than I did in the Fort, I live in a suburb, but I often go to Seattle to Pike Place or the Waterfront. We also have the University of Washington which is ranked one of the top colleges in the national and also the world. Its a great place to make a new start and it also offers a lot more than what a small(ish) town like Fort Wayne can offer...I highly recommend Seattle

Jimmy.....It's pretty obvious now that you sacrifice intelligence for the sake of a getting a laugh...It's all good but you need to have your team do a little more research in the future...I know it's comedy and I have a sense of humor about it all to but they made you look stupid....But we were originally founded as a fort, a fort named after General Anthony Wayne...And we are the second largest city in Indiana...Having said that...Having The Harry Baals Government Center would be epic...lol :D

I live in Fort Wayne. I had heard of Harry Baals Dr. ,now named H. Baals Dr., before but I didn't know it was named after a mayor. Then as I read an article in Fort Wayne's newspaper about the naming of the building, I found at the end of the article. . .HIS WIFE WAS NAMED "MINNIE"! Yes, Mrs. MINNIE BAALS WAS HER NAME! NOW THAT'S FUNNY!!

Okay...I was born and raised in Fort Wayne and I still live here...Jimmy did screwed up big time on the part about us not being a fort....but it was still funny as hell...I couldn't stop laughing....LMAO!!! I mean Fort Wayne did something that was worthy of national news.....Even if people are poking fun at you....they are still talkin' about you aren't they....lol :P
