How To Restore A Disabled iPod or iPhone

I tried to do the method for the broken buttons because my home button is broken but once i put " c:/dfu/dfu iBSS.m68ap.RELEASE.dfu" into run the command prompt comes up and gives me this message "s_Looking for iphone USBMuxListenerCreate: No Error". anyone know how to get past this.

Dam this realy works. for thos who dident get the difference in da video, when he turned his itouch on, it took couple seconds to respond, hold both da buttons down, let it restart and do wat he did remove ur finger frome the top, and leave ur thumb on the bottom :)
