I'm really worried that Adele will lose her phenomenal voice if she keeps smoking. She should quit. It would be a huge loss to the world if she got cancer or something that would take away that beautiful voice.

Id say its more common than in the US, but some of the greatest singers over here in the UK, smoke and their voices are still amazing, so i dont think it will take away her beautiful voice.
