These beats are ALL from the 90's. Trust me! I've been bangin' these songs for almost 13 yrs now, son!

Main reason why his voice has more of a "growl" (as you call it)..is probably because at this time in Pac's life(when these songs were recorded) most of the tracks are his "hate" music..aka diss tracks. More feeling in these "Unreleased" songs than most of his released tracks...That's why they were never "officially" released. There's too much truth for most people to handle in these songs!
