RIP John Fiedler and Paul Winchell. The original voices of Tigger and Piglet.

When Winchell retired, the voice of Pooh took over (he does it quite well I believe.) Pooh's Heffalump Movie was the last Pooh movie in which Fiedler played Piglet.

Both voice actors died within a day of each other.

@12tmpw Thats because Tigger is the newest arrival. If you watch the 4 old classics, there's one where they all meet Tigger for the first time! It also doesn't mention Gopher, because Gopher was never supposed to exist. They invented him to appeal to the american audience.

At first I was upset when I found out there was a Piglet movie and I never got to see it when I was a kid, but now I'm glad - I know I'm enjoying it much more now than when I was seven, as I would probably have cried when the bees broke Rabbit's violin.

Thinking about it, at the age of seven I could play better violin than Rabbit anyway...

tigger wasn't mentioned because he was a newcomer to the woods.  in one of the first stories, tigger comes in the middle, so they couldn't have his name at the beginning of the show, in the brand new movie, they're finally adding his name to the theme

This is a good movie, but I think it's the weakest theatrical Pooh movie. Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh, The Tigger Movie, and The Heffalump Movie are all better in my opinion.
