I developed a problem when trying to say "Nuclear Vessel"
I literally CAN'T say Vessel. I HAVE to say Wessel.
It's the best speech impediment ever. :D

I have 6 Russian friends they tell me Water's accent is correct.

@zoroblanco13 Must be a certain dialect. I do have a friend who is Russian, but she doesn't speak a thing like that. Then again, she's lived here for years and is beginning to lose her accent.

The funny thing is I have Russian friends and they tell me Walter does the accent correct.
