My favorite album by far and I have it in CD and vinyl. Way ahead of everyone. I agree with some that this may be one of the best tracks on the album but they are ALL so good.
how fucking cool is it that you can play all the videos in a row non stop = TOTALLY FUCKING COOL, that's how mother fucking cool it is. FUCK YEA...........
Best Track on P P .when I was young and naive this tune always gave me that " anything is possible" feeling of elation. Now, many years , burnt bridges and departed boats later I am a jaundiced old fart , but I still love it !
This song is very futuristic. I mean all of Numan's work is. But really this song sounds like so much of the emotronic stuff that came out in the 90's/2000's. SOOO good
He was a true ambassador of the analog "Polymoog" synteziser which was/is known for beeing notoriously inreliable. The "Vox humana" setting on the Polymoog is the best haunting sound i'll ever hear from a synthesizer.
Gary Numan kept my sanity while i was in the army in the early 80s. Lifeline to genius, link to a scared soul searching for meaning, shrugged off the religious scavengers, he gave me aural beauty equaled only by the finest Italian baroque.
Gary wrote songs and music from his own angst, but it touched me a continent away, as i am sure it did thousands of others.
this is so nice,, reading all ur good comments about Gary, and reliving those moments...The '80's were a great time to grow up (on the town !) ..I'm 44 now and I was right 'then' and I'm ;right; now! ..Gary Numan was and is unique, brave , and an inspiration to all those that think outside the box! I'm proud to still be a numanoid..!! :)
one of numans best love the ending.

Nadie lo hace como los británicos en los 80´s. Qué viva el pop de los 80´s.

best song on the album
About the album sales, this album is far from one of the "greatest selling albums of all time", it has'nt even sold a million copies.

Anyone know sales figures for PP up to date considering its one of the biggest selling albums of all time?

Most people consider this album his best, but with me his best work evolved after this one.

無機質なようでいて、優しさ・ぬくもりさえ感じるサウンド。彼だからこそ作りえた、音の結晶ですね。
