its awful what has happened to my old company that wod ate up codel is gone and so is the codel way ....The policy's that wod implements are so over the top most of the employees are scared to death to work in fear of messing up. And god forbid you get really hurt you will be going to court for years to try to prove it happened at wod....

It is sad how true this video is. The "leadership" at this site has lost all touch with reality. Working for The WOD Chemical Company (TWCC) is a continuous nightmare of frustration.
