I love her album and for me she is one of the most relevant pop artists to come in the last 5 years together with Florence and Ellie Goulding. But I think that she's just playing a role when saying that she NEVER heard any of the influences that people are relating her album with despite Britney Spears and Gwen Stefani as she stated, which doesn't fit AT ALL.

@barzero Her album is SURELY full of influences and if she doesn't know that or never heard anything from the list, it's a little akward because she's also the producer, and how can an album be so totally influenced by the 80's pop if she never heard anything from that era? I don't believe her.

@barzero Maybe she's just building this kind of mystery to catch people's attention and curiosity, but she could just do a Tori Amos-thing and say that she doesn't like to talk about her influences because it's personal instead of all this hypocrite statements. This is a lot immature for an artist that tries to give a so strong image in the scenario. But anyway, her album is amazing and she's an interesting figure.
