Western Blot assay should not be used as a screening test. WB should be viewed as a supplemental test which can be used to confirm positive results obtained from EIA. However: Specificity is LESS than that of EIA. A significant number of indeterminate blots are seen in low risk populations.

Reduced specificity is a REQUIREMENT for the HIV Western blot.

What questions would you like answered? And please explain why you think the Wesrtern blot is not accurate. The Elisa will suffer from false positives, but the Western blot is more precise. That, together with PCR will give a very, very accurate answer.

I have searched every search engine including Google Scholar, and there is no proof a microbe called HIV has ever been isolated. Nor any proof that it's pathogenic. Interesting. I was not aware that he had not seen the body. I know that he claimed she died of an anaphalactic reaction 2 days after her first exposure to amoxicillin. Which is not possible. Anaphalaxis requires 2 exposures at least 14 days apart. The first provokes an antibody response, and 14 days (on average) for the class switch to take place and IgE to be produced & sensitize the mast cells. 2 days is insufficient time for this to take place.

The certificate was completed by Maggiore's attending doctor. There was no autopsy. She died of disseminated herpes infection with pneumonia and oral candidiasis.

Western Blot assay should not be used as a screening test. WB should be viewed as a supplemental test which can be used to confirm positive results obtained from EIA. However: Specificity is LESS than that of EIA. A significant number of indeterminate blots are seen in low risk populations.

What questions would you like answered? And please explain why you think the Wesrtern blot is not accurate. The Elisa will suffer from false positives, but the Western blot is more precise. That, together with PCR will give a very, very accurate answer.

There's nothing radical about what Montagnier is saying: many HIV exposures do not result in the person becoming HIV positive. There are many factors involved, including the type of exposure, infectious load, and humoral and cell mediated immunity.
Montagnier thinks that nutrition may be one factor, especially in malnourished people.

Part of Koch's Postulates is what you suspect is a pathogenic agent in a disease must be present in every case of the disease, and HIV fails that one hands down because it's never been proven to exist. I have searched every search engine including Google Scholar, and there is no proof a microbe called HIV has ever been isolated. Nor any proof that it's pathogenic. The photos are mostly artist renderings, and the few that are marked EM show nothing. They don't show a white cell being attacked, they don't show the process of attack from beginning to end, they don't show the t-cells dying, they show nothing that prove their case.

I had not seen this report until today but, based upon my own investigation, the information is as timely as when this report was released.
One of my findings is that the phrase DENIALIST is used by paid pharmaceutical marketers, often MDs and PhDs, who sell their credibility. EJ received an autopsy, which confirmed she died of complications from AIDS.
This result didn't fit maggiore's agenda so she hired a vetinary toxicologist that she knew was a denialist to perform a second autopsy (his first on a human).
The claim by the family's hired gun that she died of anaphalactic shock is stupid in the extreme. Acute allergic reactions don't wait until the 2nd day you are on the drug, they take minutes. You are either sensitized, or you aren't.

Not quite. Al-Batty did not perform any autopsy, and did not even view the body. He simply wrote his own account, after reading the findings of the real pathologists. His story is medically implausible, and is not accepted by anyone competent in the field of human pathology.
Al-Batty is not "independent". He was on the board of Maggiore's "Alive and Well" cult. He also authored a book claiming that HIV doesn't cause AIDS, but is rather caused by asthma puffers, rectal steroids and antibiotics.

Interesting. I was not aware that he had not seen the body. I know that he claimed she died of an anaphalactic reaction 2 days after her first exposure to amoxicillin. Which is not possible. Anaphalaxis requires 2 exposures at least 14 days apart. The first provokes an antibody response, and 14 days (on average) for the class switch to take place and IgE to be produced & sensitize the mast cells. 2 days is insufficient time for this to take place.

He's not a doctor, he's a vet. He has never treated a human, or conducted a human autopsy.
EJ Scovill's autopsy report is on the net. She had pneumocystis pneumonia and HIV encephalitis. She had other features of chronic HIV infection in infants, including anaemia and pronounced atrophy of the thymus.
She had no features of anaphylaxis, and as Nousides points out, no previous sensitising experience to antibiotics.

You can also view Maggiore's death certificate on the net. Unlike EJ's autopsy report, which probably should not have been released publicly, death certificates are public records.
The certificate was completed by Maggiore's attending doctor. There was no autopsy. She died of disseminated herpes infection with pneumonia and oral candidiasis.
This is pathognomonic of the immune system collapse characteristic of advanced untreated AIDS, not of an "ill-advised cleanse".

Eliza Jane had the misfortune to be born the daughter of christine maggiore, and HIV denial cultist. maggiore lacked the critical thinking skills to evaluate the misinformation of the cult, and decided to have her child without treatment, despite knowing she was HIV+.
As a result the child was infected at birth with HIV. She died at age 3 of AIDS and malnutrition (too sick to eat). Her mother refused to allow her to be treated for HIV because to do so would mean admitting she was wrong.

The enzyme that phosphorylates AZT efficiently is REVERSE TRANSCRIPTASE. Reverse btranscriptase exists only in retrovirus infected cells. Undertsand? Can your brain figureb this one out?
Same with zovirax - that is also an inhibitor of DNA replication, but only when phosphorylated.

Am I supposed to be impressed with those terms, that's just Dorritos comes in different flavors, that does not make any of their fried chips healthy for a body, they're all devoid of any nourishment value. You're saying AZT comes in different formulas just like Dorritos so what, it's a lethal substance regardless, why does Glaxo have a warning label, and on their warning label as well as their documents they admit their drug causes AIDS diseases.

I am not trying to impress you with those terms. I am trying to educate you. Whether you like it or not, AZT is what is called a pro-drug. Only when it is phosphorylated by a virus infected cell does it kill the cell. That is, normal cells are unharmed, HIV-infected cells are killed.
This is what your small brain cannot get around.
Zovirax works in a similar way. Yet, you do scream and shout about zovirax being toxic, do you?
Learn some basic pharmacology. Stop pretending you are an expert.
