you should learn circular breathing if it is possible on the tin whistle but if you do it will make it alot easier for you once you get the hang of it.
Très jolie jig qui m'a donné envie de l'apprendre au tin whistle aussitôt que je l'ai entendue !!! Quel bonheur de voir le père et le fiston jouer ensemble... très émouvant, bravo à vous : 5 *****
(Very nice jig that made me want to learn it on my tin whistle as soon as I heard! What a joy to see the father and son play together ... very moving, bravo to you: 5 *****)
I just got a Burke whistle too! I love it so much. I'm just learning this tune. I heard it initially in my irish dance class and kinda fell in love with it. You do a great job!
@To2ndMars "In 1984 Dave Richardson of the Boys of the Lough composed a jig in E-Major which he named "Calliope House" in honor of this house and the good times he had here while performing in Pittsburgh with the Boys of the Lough. The house reminded him of a house of musicians in Newcastle, England."

@bigdjindustriez Maybe because the Waterboys play it at the end of "A man is in love"

@nonatopo Not sure what that is, but this is a VERY common tune here in Nova Scotia.

That was great. Your dad looks like he had more fun than you though.
