Rachael, Thank you for sharing your interview. Perhaps you had quicker PR folks or you were mature enough to accept your offers however, Gladys, many women and myself began the trend when you did. Good for you for, if not for them and you, I would have remained a mockery and not able to continue working out into the heavier men's gyms at local fitness clubs, then. Thank you and Lisa for being pioneers in outstanding looking fitness. I noticed you never mention Weider who gave you your props. Hmm
@Bamdetg I think she wasn't able to do such performance! Maybe in the squat..Bev Francis was able to bench the double of her weight and was considered a phenomenon in the 80's. I would be surprised if Rachel could bench 140 pounds.
I have admired this woman since the VERY beginning. I am thankful. Thank you for putting it online. Makes me want ro go order Pumping Irion 2. I forgot about it, but I do have it on VCR Tape cartridge. Wow. I'm sure I can find it on DVD

I was hoping to find a photo of her as a teen before she started lifting but to no avail.
Her bone structure definitely looks "squarer" at certain points when she is on a heavy cycle.
It is not as pronounced as in Cory Everson when she was in 'Double Impact' and then softer in 'Hercules' TV show but if can find those clips on YT you SHOULD be able to see what to look for in Rachel.

She still represents the ideal in women's bodybuilding, to me. This beautiful, slim, graceful woman, but when she flexes, oh God do her muscles pop and show incredible development and definition!
