@DIENAMICProductions What matters is making sure you don't drive like that with a cold engine. As you can see, the engine temperature was normal so it's okay to drive like that since the oil and fluids have warmed up.
@PNSB101 it was just a random song on the radio but i looked up the lyrics because i knew i'd heard the song today on my way home from work haha anyway
@vistauploader after a bit of research your car does 6.9-second 0-60. Please dont post on peoples videos and bullshit about how fast your car is. Its always the ricers tsk tsk.
@vistauploader Timing it with a stop watch is an inaccurate way to to measure a 0-100 when your talking 10ths of seconds. Looking at that video, that car is definately not 5.8. Its over 6 seconds. Possibly a 6.6.
hmmm, maybe you didnt notice the outside temp? -12 it was winter meaning the roads were ice/snow covered..so if you smashed the gas you would spin and the traction control would kick in and you'd be sitting there...
so no, your opinion in this case makes no sense because it would actualy make you slower..funny how that works
cars run quite a bit faster when it's cold. In the mid 80's a friend of mine had just bought a new 1986 Grand National. We were in it when it was -3 and the car was seat of the pants faster.

I'm doing about 8 secs. with a V6 300 touring. But thats with 2 15" subs in a box in the trunk and the traction control on. I still havent told the trans that I'm running 20" wheels from a srt8 300 so the speedo can be adjusted. Maybe I'll plug up the diablosort and adjust the wheel size today? I might be doing 0-60 in less time then caculated?
that is true...the RWD is only at its best on dry and when it rains a bit its still pretty good...drifting in the snow is fun in the RWD but you probably have a lot more control than i do
I wish MINE did. I have the SRT8 2006 edition. Fast as anything, but it snowed here almost as much as it did in Anchorage this year. I wanted the AWD, but this car was a steal and it's so great to drive. The 6.1 HEMI is just awesome. Thank god for the snow tires, as this thing was completely disabled with the summer-only tires that it came with. Totaly useless. I fly to Anchorage all the time as a pilot and I see 300C's up there a bit. They MUST be AWD editions huh?
i heard snow tires really make a difference cause i get nowhere in my charger srt8 in the snow but r they really that good? and do you still get good traction in warm weather ? i no its probably a stupid question but i want to get them
Nice, I love the great north!

@DIENAMICProductions Dude, it's better for the engine cause it's cool outside. Warm engine + cold air outside = faster 0-60 time.

2 things hold esp button down 10 secs Removes traction control and also put it in 3 not D. Will avoid upshifting. FYI.

way faster than RWD 300 i rented last week
KarenPonch 3 years ago
was a bit chilly that night haha
ak96 3 years ago
not bad but my RWD 300C is a bit quicker...well the AWD weighs more
scarb0r0 3 years ago
but try doing that on a icy road with your rwd, the AWD and blizzak snow tires make this thing a tank..sticks to the road like glue.
