I can't believe Mr. Perfect decided to get in the ring with the Ultimate Warrior. Mr. Perfect should've been in the Main Event against El Matador or Koko B. Ware or he should've been in WCW which was the best wrestling company in the world in 1990, so he could've main evented against Lex Luger or Sting or Alex Wright.

Warrior vs Rude and Warrior vs Savage were some of the Best Feuds ever. Warrior had as much to do with that as either of them.

@AspirinTablets I know what you mean. Back then you had four PPVs with a nice slow buildup, the shows had lots of wrestling, and the characters were larger than life. Now it is a PPV every month, 15 minute promos and several vignettes, and everyone has names like 'Joe Smith' and has a crew cut with tattoos on their arm.

The nitwit Warrior always communicated so many moves! I always laughed when he just had to take his time getting ready to splash someone, only to land on the opponent's lifted knees. I think this is amazing because Curt Hennig makes the Warrior look good. Rick Rude was good at making his opponents look good too. When Hennig was in with somebody who was as good as he was, it was an awesome match.

@81carlos Actually, Vince brought him in to wwf to work him in as a heel world champion, but hennig had so many back problems that it wasn't possible for him to perform 100%, so he became one of the finest IC champs ever as well as, to me, tied as one of the best heel players ever, with dibiase and the snake

Hennig was one of the best sellers in wrestling. He was AWA World champ, but for some reason never had a run with the WWF title for some reason. WWF politics have always been strange to me. Why would you let Sgt. Slaughter become champion after a few months back in the federation when you had guys like Mr. Perfect, Jake Roberts,Jimmy Snuka,Roddy Piper,Ted Dibiase,Ricky Steamboat, etc.? Vince always did stupid things like make Hony Tonk longest I.C. champ and disgrace guys like Pedro Morales.

Slaughter's run was a result of the Gulf War. Easy to make him a hated heel with a freakin' war going on and him becoming a turncoat. NO ONE was more hated in pro wrestling than Sgt. Slaughter during that time. VKM is totally about his own creations. HTM was his own creation. Guys like Ron Garvin, Kerry Von Erich, etc weren't. All the guys you named ALL made names for themselves before coming to the WWF. Hogan was the exception simply because he was THE BIGGEST STAR in wrestling.

Regarding SUMMER SLAM being held up, the Warrior says that it didn't happen the way that Vince McMahon said that it happened. There are at least 2 sides to a story.
