This song (If) is also available on a maxi single CD from 1999 (which I bought on the spot in the record shop as it was being played). The thing is that the 'B-side' called "Top of the World" is arguably even better. Check it out.
Their best song in my opinion is "Good Times", track 6 on the excellent album "The Great Skeleton's Music Guide Book".

I somehow agree with your 'Top of the World''s comment, although I think 'if' is still one of the best song ever made by this band AND another bands.
