I am proud to be a small part of this production (The Vipers). To think that after all these years of anonymity that we would actually discover a following or sorts is not only ironic but incredible. In recent years I have been contacted by several European publications whose fans are just now discovering 60's garage band music. It's just fantastic. Who knows? Maybe we'll put the band back together!
I Was There. It was more awesome than any video could portray - however this is a GREAT JOB! and OUTSTANDING video. Reminds me where I came from. Very inspiring. This scene (TeenAGoGo), The Box (later Circus), Cellar, and Trinity Park made me the musician I am today. BTW Mel, I used to hang with Bruce - you might remember a guy named Malcolm.
I'm not sure which Bruce you are referring to, but if it's one of the guys in TAGG - you shoudl know that I am not of this era - I am much younger and wasn't even thought of back when all this amazing stuff went down.
Fort Worth had it all on Dallas , in that they had a stronger sense of art and culture , and preserving archectural monuments...Sadly , the last time I was there , it reminded me more of Dallas...But , years ago , FW had the "Can do " spirit in which a Teen music scene could thrive , and , if that's even relevant to those involved , compete with The Big "D". THE TRAILER DOES WHAT IT SET OUT TO DO , PROVE (OR REINFORCE) THAT THIS MUSIC , THAT TIME , THAT PLACE , ARE RELEVANT. WELL DONE.
Great video!
