I was camping on the Feather River near Beale AFB and saw an SR-71 flying about this low along the river. He wasn't going this fast, however, and had a T-38 chase plane along side. That was in the early 70's.

We were driving on a long road through a desert area leading to the base and it flew directly overhead not much higher than on that video. Day in the life of an Air Force brat.
