  • It is blowing my mind that everyone on the left side are equal heights.

  • i been looking for this arrangement of the song.... it is so soothing to me.

  • @dtol77 I think it's the William Appling arrangement.

  • I sang this song for solo and ensemble one year. I remember practicing in the bathroom because thats where the best acoustics were. When we went to perform our judge had been in one of the stalls in the bathroom listening and he was messing with us about it.

  • I am absolutely in love with this song. Our high school choir did it, but we couldn't compare to this.

  • This song is great.! You guys just need to work on the vowels and kick the k out of walk so people know what you are saying. Also self make that f know. And have a more darker tone when you sing this song becuz its a negro spritiual and slaves didn't sing very wide... and accent your movement other then that i thought it was great.!

  • Please see my comment under "Swansea Town!"

  • needs to work on vowels and darker tone. Work on a one voice tone. Blend needs work. But it is getting there. nice job!

  • Great song! Thank you for posting it. This was my favorite song that our choir did in high school. I was actually in band, so I got to sit and enjoy this song many times, and I think I still got goosebumps every time I heard it. Thanks for reminding me why!
