The majority of religions message is peace! The Bible, Koran and Torah even have the SAME ten commandments to follow written by Moses as the basics for righteous living. It's sad that men of power have many times interpreted the laws of God as their right to kill, especially through wars. I don't think that Budha/Jesus/God/Allah or whatever you call your supreme being would ever promote anything but peace

They are not the typical average Muslim and they surely have an opposite take on what Islam really means/is and to put the war in perspective there have been something like 40,000 American deaths and the Muslim deaths are in the millions! They believe in a more gnostic type of interpretation where Jihad and violence in Islam are metaphors and not violent actions.
