I think the thing that's bugging the lilwiiviewr that he can't figure out is that since sonic wii games are usually bad, the sonic game reminded you so you subconciously kept expecting something bad to come.

Ya know wiiviewr, the multiplayer mode may not be worth it, but it IS important to the game. Game Land is the planet's name, and believe it or not, completing all 3 acts in each section equals THE CHAOS EMERALDS! I'm reminding you that if you didn't know that. Also, once all emeralds are obtained, go to the options and you'll see an awesome suprise.

I bought this game Christmas 2010 and I loved the beginning of the game and the overall graphics. Though, what sucks about this game is the fact that as you go on......your not racing anymore you "walking" through a puzzle. And I agree with lilwiiveiwr the multiplayer is not fun.

I played this game one time at my friend`s house. For some reason your playing as Sonic and you just terrorize an innocent amusment park by whenever he slides, a nuclear soccer ball appears at his feet, destroying and vandolizing the place. Man, what was Sega thinking? I really think Sonic should be thrown in prison for this terrible act of evil. Thumbs up if you agree.

Well.my Wii broke I could buy it,but I played it in my friends house and it was fantastic.The control are pretty smooth althought I had problems in some 2D parts.The story at the beginning was a bit confusing but as play,you find more sense to the plot.The graphics were OK for being a Wii game.So if it was me I'll give it a 3/5.

This is a great game, but there are just too many 2D segments. they need it too be 100% 3D. When I play the game I play the first level of each world because they have the most 3d then it changes to a super long 2D segment that feels like its taking forever. It just makes me want to play SA2 more because it's all 3D. No joke. For the past like 3 months I've owned this game, I play the first level in all 6 worlds then play Sa2.

The reason all the levels seemed very Sonic-like was because Eggman built them like that on purpose. He WANTED Sonic to be there. Watch the first few cutscenes, you'll notice Eggman luring Sonic towards him on purpose.

this=part 2. as i was saying,when you run out of rings,you won't be super sonic anymore-BUT, you can increase your time being super sonic by getting more rings.

Here is some extra info about super sonic:

-Super Sonic has infinite boost

-Super Sonic cannot use the wisp's powers

-Super Sonic gains 2,000 points every two seconds

-Super Sonic can destroy wisp blocks

-Super Sonic cannot be used in Gameland, E.G.G. Shuttle, or bosses

WiiViewr, you forgot to mention that if you get all the red rings and finish game land, to get to play as super sonic (but once you get all the red rings and finish game land, you need to get at LEAST 50 regular rings in that level and then shake the wii remote,or press the Z button on the gamecube/classic controller, to become super sonic. the 50 rings you collected are super sonic's "energy source",so while your super sonic, your rings will slowly go away, so when you run out of rings-part 2

Wait a second! Sonic and the Black Knight better than Sonic Unleashed? No, Sonic and the Black Knight was repetitive and boring to play. Not to mention, they took Sonic's speed away and made him move like a tank. Sonic Unleashed had the great daytime levels and the night levels which were nowhere as bad as enduring one level in Sonic and the Black Knight. Ending point: Sonic Unleashed > Sonic and the Black Knight.

Sonic just didn't all of a sudden want to destroy the theme park. If you play the rest of the game, youll find out that Eggman was kidnaping wisps to use their power to create mind controll devices, and the theme park was for people to come so he could brainwash them. Even if he created a normal theme park, Sonic wouldn't trust him because Eggmans been doing evil schemes for 19 years.

The HD version are faster, prettier, more advanced, and it feels less watered down and actually worth the money. But, thats just my opinion.
