@sheeklouche i could be very wrong but i think the "hop" refers to the tempo and rhythm of the tune itself. For example if the tempo was different they might have called it misty mountain blues or misty mountain waltz (although misty mountain waltz probably wouldn't have been quite as kewl) :]
