I don't understand why so many people are offended. It's not like he's belittling people who take drugs. And the "smelly hippies" comment was just a joke, he doesn't actually have a problem with them. And there are ways to expand your mind without taking pschadelics. Why be bothered by someone's choice not to put chemicals into their body? For a bunch of "free thinkers," you guys are pretty close minded.

This video is an example of ideology being attached to psychedelics :P Psychedelics are the exact opposite of an ideology, there are no words in human language that can hold a candle to what happens, and no words could ever be fabricated to describe the experience. You HAVE to experience it yourself to know it, I am pretty sure that you would have a good trip though and would not regret it :P So go for it, what do you have to lose?

by motivation I don't mean you feel more positive to go to work or school or walk your dog... but in the terms of making an effort to be more positive, in other words will you feel more enlightend and as if you have a bigger understanding of things. and when and what state should you take it, would it be fine to take it in not so much a negative state but in a state where you don't realise your position in life or what the point of anything is where you want to go and such...?

ok you give us some facts about LSD such as, the history and that it can give you negative effects if used for the wrong reasons. But tell us in what way it can benifit us please I for one am all for it I am currently 16 turning 17 and really keen on trying it and will soon with a trustfull friend, but say the trip goes right and it is "spiritual" I don't care if you a believer of that or not, but if you feel positive after the trip equal it down to that=) anyway, will it increase motivation?
