Look up wiki - "Directed-energy weapon" & "Active Denial System" - extremely powerful weapons that we should be concerned about. These are real weapons that are capable of creating catastrophies. Look up actual military tests on YT. At most, HAARP is used as a distraction. It aims straight up & cannot be directed toward specific targets on the ground. Govt will use HAARP to fuel conspiracy & fear as long as ppl continue to believe it.
